He has an eye for detail and a great mind that helped us remember which house was which. We told Art what we were looking for, and he helped us find the perfect home, in our case it ended up that we chose to build a new house. Art's knowledge of the Indianapolis area and the various builders in the area helped us make our decision easy. We know that with the location, builder, and floor plan that Art helped us pick, we will enjoy our home for many years to come. Art was with us every step of the way, and when we saw some details that we weren't happy with during our walk through, he helped make sure that they were corrected for us.
